Training Break!

September 24th, 2008

WOW! It is good to see you again!

We are going to take a break in the ‘Step By Step’ and ‘Hands On Training’ and look at some other things that are important that do go ‘Hand In Hand’ with the ‘Training’.

There are several Reasons to Build Blogs and there are different Blogs that you will build to Blossom your Business. While we are in the middle of Blog Building, let us look at some of the Reasons and Kinds.

REASONS:

a.    To actually sell products;  As we continue with the training, we will learn how to develop and then market our own products. Also see how we can make money selling other people’s products. i.e. Affiliate Marketing.

b.    To introduce & then send 2 sales page; Some times called a ‘Squeeze Page’ we will learn how to write Sales Copy and then get a potential customer to opt in and buy or at least get their Name sand E-Mail Address.

c.    Overall 2 build a presence of your personal name &/or Company on the Web;  If you want to know if you or your company have a presence  on the Internet go to: http://www.google.com/  and do a search for you name.  Now do it with a well known person, (Like me, … just kidding) and see the difference.

Now lets see some Different Kinds of Blogs:

a.      Dynamic updated;  A normal Blog is like a journal or info site that is updated regularly.  e.g. once, twice, thrice or more each week. e.g. http://www.wonpreacher.com/

b.    Static with info gathering;  usually a sited where one can collect names and E-Dresses in exchange for something that most of the time is free.  e.g. http://www.workfromhome.dpgatten.com/  with a form to fill out.  And http://www.thankyou.dpgatten.com/ Probably never is changed.

c.    Personal (Journal, Thoughts, perspectives, etc.);    many different kinds of these Blogs. Here are a couple examples; e.g. http://moneyfavorsspeed.blogspot.com/  (active)  and  http://whatdoicare-bil.blogspot.com/  (A long ways behind)

Ok Get ready, … we are going to build a Blogspot Blog next.  Hurry back Yah heh!  ;-)

“Friend Feed And Consistent Posting!”

April 19th, 2008

The importance of consistent posting cannot be stressed enough! I do not know your position or thoughts on this, but with as few sites and Blogs that I have it becomes easy to get behind on my posting. I have found two important sites that is helping me keep up. One that you should check out is ‘Free Line Report’ with ‘Brad Fallon’ who reports M-F on the New Techie Innovations.

That is where I found ‘Friend Feed’ that I am endeavoring to tie my posting together, so to be consistent on them with some new content. This will be the start and “Stay Tuned” for MORE!

I know it will take a couple moments, BUT ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ It will really help me out!

March 27th, 2008

Hi all you Doers!
A quick note on what is going on!

You know we are in the middle of developing Internet based help and assistance to all who have an interest.

With all that is going on we are now in the process of developing a new product and are inviting you to be a part of how it will be an interest to you.

We will be interviewing Experts every month on a teleconference call and you may be a part of it as they happen and/or listen at a later date.

In order to get it going, we are taking a short survey of seven questions, multiple choice and entering a name or type of your choosing.

This is a test survey and your responses will help determine how the Final survey will be executed. Please take a couple moments and be a part of something happening.

Thanking you in advance, DP

Using The Word “Game”. ~ ~ ~ Be Careful!

February 26th, 2008

“DP is my name and writing is my game!” Is a Statement, that before tonight, I would have never given a second thought about using. Nevertheless, one needs to be careful when the word ‘GAME” is used. Let me cut to the chase. … … … This is one of the definitions of the word “game”:
From Dictionary Dot Com: #9. a trick or strategy: to see through someone’s game.

One internet marketer has had to step down, back away and have nothing to do with a ‘Joint Venture’ that was designed, developed and implemented in a large part by their contribution, because they used the word ‘game’ in an E-Mail to describe the enterprise. The Book Industry apparently takes this number nine definition as to what the word means!

Something to think about my friends, DP ©2008
